Heather Gill is a candidate for councillor in West Lincoln's ward 3 by-election. She and her husband have been proud home owners in West Lincoln for just over 10 years. Her family connections go back as far as the 90’s when her father was a resident of Legion Villa.
Heather's Vision is a community where the streets are safe, Seniors get improved services, we preserve our heritage buildings and use them as a tourist attraction, and families get the recreation services they need to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
